With over 20 years of leadership experience, Susanna Hasenoehrl is a driving force in global digital transformation across multiple sectors. For the past decade, her focus has been on business growth with positive sustainability impact, particularly in health, agrifood, and other industries. Currently, she leads SAP’s Sustainability Solutions Business in Asia, driving revenue and Customer Success.
As a sales and new ventures leader, Susanna has secured strategic deals worth €500M, and scaled new businesses to double-digit million Euro revenues. She has worked at, partnered with and successfully sold to many of the world’s leading enterprises, including Siemens, Novartis, Vodafone, Accenture, Deloitte, PwC and several Asian headquartered companies. Additionally, Susanna founded a digital nutrition advisory startup and serves as an advisor to Grobrix - a high-growth, urban Farming-as-a-Service provider - with operations in the US and Singapore.
A sought-after keynote speaker, Susanna has delivered over 100 talks at prestigious events and conferences, including those hosted by World Economic Forum, S&P Global, Reuters, World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD), United Nations Global Compact. Her presentations focus on digitally-enabled sustainability. She possesses deep expertise in technology-driven industrial decarbonization, ESG/EHS compliance and disclosure, and sustainability performance management.
Recognized as an authentic leader, Susanna has been listed as one of the 'World’s Most Inspiring Women Over 40,' a recognition sponsored by CapGemini. She has lived and worked in seven countries across Europe and Asia and is fluent in five languages. These experiences have endowed her with rich intercultural skills, allowing her to effectively navigate the global business landscape.
Susanna is also a qualified leadership coach, a member of the European Women on Boards (EWOB), and the founder of Gravista Planet, an international peer group for female sustainability leaders. Previously, she served as the Co-Chair of the American Chamber of Commerce Environmental & Sustainability Committee in Singapore. Originally from Finland, she holds an MBA from the University of Innsbruck in Austria and SKEMA Business School in France.
Susanna's personal mission is to foster a desirable future for coming generations by accelerating the reduction of global GHG emissions. She is passionate about outdoor sports and actively supports initiatives to combat childhood obesity.
